The Widmer End club caters for anyone over the age of 5yrs, of any ability, and any fitness level. The classes are a mixture of effective self defence techniques and light continuous kickboxing. The emphasis in our classes is serious training, and enjoying the session.
Our club has a very good atmosphere with children and their parents often training together.
