The COMBAT ACADEMY U.K. Instructor Team
Our instructor team enjoy an excellent reputation both on a local level and up to International competition successes, giving you the confidence that your training will have a Positive effect on your life. All of our Instructors have a minimum of two years of training before they teach the public. This gives you the assurance that your personal safety and well-being is a total priority to us. Our Instructors attend weekly sessions and are skilled in exercise and health principles as well as Martial Art Techniques. All Instructors are subject to very high standards through our regulations and are all subject to DBS disclosure. To maintain their Instructor status within our Academy, all Instructors must:
- Have a DBS less that 2 years old.
- Be first aid qualified.
- Have 20 contact hours with the master instructor every year.
- Confirm with our Instructor 'Code of conduct'
- Attend the MAIUK Instructor course regularly.
CHRIS ADAMS
Chris has a busy class in Peel on the Isle. His sessions are great fun for all ages and he is assisted by his family in the running of the class. The class has been running for just over a year now and Ian visits the club twice per year for grading's which are always a great occasion.

PETE WOODWARD
Wooburn Green
Pete is a highly respected instructor with loyal following of both adults and juniors. He originally joined the Academy after brining his children to the classes and deciding to give it a go! Pete is a calm, fair but firm role model for the children and young adults in his club. A passionate instructor, Pete has guided many junior practitioners to high grade and black belt level.
